Spend your precious holiday time in our wooden house. Close to the centre yet peaceful, on a small side street. Whether strolling into town or into the neighbouring forest – just leave the car where it is.
Largely built in 2021 with ecological materials such as wood and clay, heated by a heat pump and solar power – for a holiday that feels good all round.

After a day in the fresh mountain air, little beats a genuine wood-fired sauna: a crackling fire, the scent of spruce and the view through the round porthole window.
The cosy sauna belongs to the nearby Landhotel Ofenschenke – just 5 to 10 minutes away. For our guests it is free and completely private; we arrange the times personally.

Is the apartment officially classified?
Yes – since 2026 the 7 Täler Apartment has been classified as a 5-star holiday apartment, audited to the criteria of the German Tourism Association (DTV Sterneferien) – the highest category.
Where is the holiday apartment located?
The apartment is at Tellweg 2a in 09526 Olbernhau – quietly set on a side street by the forest edge in the Ore Mountains, yet close to the centre.
For how many guests is the apartment suitable?
The apartment is designed for 2 guests, with an extra bed for a third person – 2 + 1 guests. It has a living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with a large queensize bed.
Is a sauna included?
Yes – your stay includes free use of the sauna at the nearby Hotel Ofenschenke (about 5–10 minutes away). Times by arrangement.
Can I charge my electric car?
Yes – since July 2026 there is a dedicated 11 kW wallbox (Fronius Wattpilot) for electric cars right at the house. Simply mention charging in your inquiry – we will sort out the details personally.
How much does one night cost?
€120 per night for 2 guests, €140 in high season. An extra bed costs €10 per person per night.
What is the minimum stay?
The minimum stay is 3 nights.
Are pets allowed?
Please ask us about pets in advance – we will find a solution together.
